Panic Priest – Album Release

Panic Priest

Visions of a present or past doomed romance, in the style of nostalgic synth and dark EBM, Jack  Armondo’s self-titled album, released under the pseudonym Panic Priest, embodies the experiences and emotive energies of personal visions, realized by himself, and the assistance of a select few. Armondo somehow, seemingly effortlessly, is the creative driving force of all content on this album; finding ways to surprise the listener with his unusual voice and revival of post-punk and gothic sounds.

Finding memories which linger, just breaching the surface, and manifest as haunting yet soulful reveries, Armondo reminds us of times we had long forgotten, but never could leave behind. For fans of old school Chicago Industrial, Gothic, Post-Punk, and musical sadness, you can check out the singles “Gaffer” and “The Holy Ghost” from this self-professed Dark Crooner’s solo self-titled debut, released through Negative Gain Records, on iTunes, and Bandcamp.
